Responsibilities
- Helping branches to achieve the NRI account & value target for the FY
- Account opening numbers
- NAV numbers
- CIB Values
- FD Values
- Branch Visits , Meeting Cluster Heads & Zonal Heads ,Organise Cluster conferences &Implement discussed strategy in region
- Doing Corporate Tie ups for supporting branches for additional NR Leads for NTB Acquisition
- To run contest & drives for building Momentum
- Provide support to branch banking for any queries and complaints related to account opening, RBI guidelines etc.
- Identify NR Champs in Respective Branches and Train them
- Organise activities & events with br banking team for generating Nr leads
- Analyze, and work on MIS received from Central Product team to formulate strategy that help branch for achieving the budgets

Qualifications
Graduate preferably MBA
4-8 Years - In NRI Acquisition / Banking Industry with good Channel management and sales oriented
