UIDAI has launched an offline method for identity verification. This method allows you to choose the Aadhaar related details you want to share for identification purposes without sharing biometrics or even Aadhaar number. FIAKS community expert and former UIDAI volunteer Mr Sanjay Swamy has put together a short video on offline eKYC with Aadhaar which will be of great help in understand the product.
