RBS, Nationwide, Barclays and 13 other British banks have been ranked according to the quality of their customer service following a regulatory inquiry into the banking sector.
An independent survey of thousands of customers of the 16 largest personal current account providers in Great Britain was conducted, with respondents asked if they would recommend their provider to family and friends.
